"Let me not to the marriage of true minds" is alluding to love as "The marriage of true minds." In addition, it is making a biblical refference to Matthew 19:6. The writer speaks of true love of a union of the minds. This type of love or marriage cann't be dissolved. The poet uses the stars that cann't be measured, just as love cann't be measured.
