Question #1 / Discussion Question Set Week 1

True love is a simple statement, yet a different definition for each person. I believe true love is a feeling only the persons involved can define. To me, true love means an understanding of one another that is unconditional. A connection traveling beyond a tender moment, or a helping hand. An eternity of happiness complimented by a dash of passion. Compatibility that is not spoken of, but exists in one another’s soul. Finding that true love in your life I believe lasts forever.
Everyone is capable of feeling this way towards another person. Believing true love is an understanding of ones soul, who am I to say a bi-racial, or homosexual couple does not feel that for one another just because of differences in there body formation. Guessing this feeling is completely gender blind; who is anyone to presume that they know what another ones soul desires. So with that being said, I think true love can come in all forms, and true love is not reserved for a man and a women.
Contemplating whether to get married for stability or security is recipe for divorce; and the true meaning to marry someone should be for love and no other. Assuming that everyone has chance to love or be loved, I think the single ones let it pass by them already or they have not found a partner yet. However one opens his or her soul to be loved, I am convinced that everyone is capable of finding true love.
